Aim
1. Explore the policy/practice networks that shape and are in turn shaped by the emergence of telemedecine
2. To build on existing work re the development and evaluation of telemedicine
3. To explore the ways that a wide variety of actors are working to define a new field of NHS provision
4. To investigate a new mode of interaction between patients and professionals
